Disrupting industry innovation

The Breakthrough Change Accelerator from Pfizer is an industry-leading competitive incubation sandbox created to help solve the most complex health challenges facing the world. We were tasked with leading the UX design and content creation that would bring new partners into the Pfizer ecosystem and drive adoption internally within the company.

The case for change

Pfizer is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, and the world looks to the company for support in solving some of the world's most complex health problems.

Pfizer also happens to have one of the most extensive clinical databases in the world, but how can you make this work harder and put it into the hands of those that can use it best?

Pfizer needed to deliver a new digital service to market that helped onboard new providers quickly to accelerate the rate of innovation in an increasingly competitive health landscape.

Strategy and solutions

We worked as a hybrid team with the Pfizer Global Product Development team to deliver an ownable brand strategy and identity, as well as a frictionless user experience that would serve as a catalyst for partnership with some of the world’s leading innovation hubs and technology start-ups.

Our scope encompassed audience definition, user flow creation for a complex journey serving internal and external users, marketing automation definition, UI development, and a content framework for creation and delivery.
